When my package went to the wrong address, they helped me track it down and offered a remedy for the inconvenience of my wife having to go get it. Quick shipping but item was rather poorly packed - only a very thin layer of bubble wrap loosely packed into a much larger box. I was very alarmed as this is a very delicate piece of electronic equipment. I have purchased many items both new and used from Adorama previous to this, it was the first time it was poorly packaged. The item itself was as advertised, all good there.

Item was exactly as described. Besides the box being obvious that it was opened before (As described in the posting as opened box), the item appears to be as if I purchased brand new. The packaging was in good condition. The only thing I would suggest is to have it unmarked in case of porch pirates. Shipping was prompt and I received the item fast.

Item was as described and in very good condition. Was shipped quickly. Item appears to have been shipped in the original box with some of the original packaging. The box was somewhat battered and some off the styrofoam packaging was missing and what was there was not in good shape. That said, the item arrived undamaged.
